The Los Angles Clippers playoff curse continued Friday night. Ya, the beat the Jazz to take back the lead in the series at 2-1, but they also lost Blake Griffin for the rest of the NBA playoffs with an injury to his toe.

The injury occurred on a seemingly harmless play in the third quarter as Griffin drove to the rim and landed gingerly.

You’ll recall this happened to Griffin last year, too. He re-aggravated a quad injury during a playoff series against Portland, and the Clippers lost in six.
The Clips might get by Utah, but once again they are not at full strength for the rest of the playoffs and will get bounced in the second round once again.
