Soccer’s governing body is building a $198 million underground museum next to FIFA headquarters, which will have “3D animations, interactive games, trophies… everything a football fan could wish for.” A so called “football fans dream.”
According to Sepp Blatter, ”it is high time that world football had a meeting place for its millions of fans.” Exactly, it’s not as though the world is littered with stadiums where they can congregate.
