A native of the Sunshine State, I was born & raised in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. I am a wife, mother of 3 boys, and have a career in marketing & sales outside of modeling. My modeling career developed less than 2 years ago, but has evolved quickly. Some of my publications & features over the past year have included Maxim UK, Planet Muscle, SWAGGERMAGAZINE.com, Glam Jam Magazine, and Fitness Gurls.

I have always had a love for sports & fitness. Swimming, Basketball & Track were my loves growing up. Now I spend more time weight lifting, but I still enjoy variety and pushing myself. Most of my free time is spent goofing off with my boys, shooting hoops, throwing the football & hitting baseballs.

I have never been a girly-girl. More of a take me to the ball game, T-shirt, blue jeans & baseball cap kind of girl. I literally only have Cable TV for ESPN.

Not to let my sporty-tough side fool you. I have a huge heart, and tremendous passion for helping others. I personally have lived a challenging life from a young age, and have had to work extremely hard to make more for my life. Adversity has taught me to appreciate the little things in life, and to seek out the best attributes in others.

In addition to progressing my Modeling career, on the horizon I anticipate publishing my first book, and hope to expand into new ventures.

QUESTION & ANSWER with Brenna

*Tell our readers something about yourself they would not have expected?

My oldest of 3 sons will turn 21yrs old this month. I became a mother at a very young age, just 16yrs old. Within the same month of turning 16, I would also expereince the unexpected loss of my mother, and the abandonement of my remaining family. It was this turning point in my life that despite the incredible adversity I was facing, I would take personal responsibility for my life & my journey.

*What motivates you?

I rely less on motivation, and more on mental toughness. Focusing on exercising the choices & actions that will bring greater value & reward.

*Do you find it hard to balance your career with your personal life?

Being a wife, mommy to 3 boys who are active in sports, working a full time career outside of modeling, and finding time to eat healthy & exercise can be very difficult to balance. It is not impossible though. Remaining focused on my priorities, time management, planning & being organized make a huge difference. I always say work the criticals, don’t sweat the small stuff, and remind myself that you only have to be strong one day at a time.

*What unique qualities separate you from other models?

I do not chase success. I pursue my personal best, and seek out opportunities to cultivate my abilities. My efforts in front of the camera are not to strike a pose, but to experience a moment that can be captured & shared with others. I consider myself more of an artist than a public figure.

*Name the one thing you can’t live without.

I could not live without Exercise!! Training is “my time”, and my outlet. There are so many Mind & Body benefits to living a fit lifestyle.

*What kind of girl were you growing up?

Growing up in the height of Madonna’s career, and although I loved “Material Girl”, I was anything but that. I was a bit of a tom-boy, and geek. I was certainly not the popular or pretty girl in school. My interests were in challenging myself physically much more than looking pretty.

*What has changed since becoming a model and public figure?

I am very gounded, and am still very much the same easy going girl. If anything it has been an opportunity to examine my life, and continue to grow personally. The greatest advantage has been the ability to reach more people, and to share my own experiences in an effort to inspire others to live in strong pursuit of their goals.

*Name the one thing you would love to see happen in this world.

I would love to see more people empower their lives despite the circumstances that surround them. If more people took personal responsibility for their own life, not only would individual lives, but our world would also be impacted on so many levels.

*Whats your favorite sport? and professional athlete?

I am a huge football fan, and tend to follow & enjoy the College level more than Pro. Favorite athlete currently would be Aaron Murray with UGA. I respect that he not only exhibits a tremendous degree of athleticism & talent, but he has also made himself a student of the game!
