Playoff hockey is one of the most physical and intense sporting events you will ever see or go to. Their are crowd raising goals, and big hits, and thats exactly what we got tonight in Game 2 of the Ottawa-Montreal series. The Canadiens, Lars Eller, took a nasty open ice hit from Eric Gryba and fell flat on his face onto the ice. He then started bleeding profusely on the ice. Gryba was given five minutes for interference and issued a game misconduct, sending him off the ice for the night. Eller left the ice on a stretcher but appeared to be conscious.
