WHATS HOT

Two of Tom Brady’s Super Bowl Jerseys Have Been Found, Tracked to Credentialed Member of International Media

Stop the presses! Tom Brady and the curious case of the stolen Super Bowl jersey appears to have been cracked. The quarterback’s missing game-worn memorabilia has been located on foreign soil with the help of the FBI, Fox Sports’ Jay Glazer reports.

I can think of no better way for the FBI to use its time and resources. Brady’s missing jersey is definitely the biggest international issue facing the country right now.

UPDATE: The NFL has released a statement with further details:

“Through the cooperation of the NFL and New England Patriots’ security teams, the FBI and other law enforcement authorities, the Super Bowl LI jersey worn last month by MVP Tom Brady has been recovered. Also retrieved during the ongoing investigation was the jersey Brady wore in the Patriots’ victory in Super Bowl XLIX against the Seattle Seahawks in 2015. The items were found in the possession of a credentialed member of the international media. Due to the ongoing investigation, we would refer any additional questions to the FBI.”

The missing memorabilia was valued at $500,000 by Houston police, but it’s hard to really put a value on the memories Brady created while wearing it. Perhaps that’s why he’s taken on an active role in trying to find the suspect.

Look what Brady, the FBI and NFL Security can accomplish if they band together. Isn’t America great.
