LeBron James claims he doesn’t believe in Super Teams. However, maybe Lebron doesn’t remember back in 2010 when he teamed up with two future hall-of-famers in Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh to form the “Big 3” era in Miami which many considered a “super team”. Remember, LeBron proclaimed that the Heat were going to win not one, not two, not three, not four, not five, not six,not seven championships.
Then in when he returned to Cleveland in 2014 LeBron teamed up all-stars Kevin Love and Kyrie Irving. Again, three of the Top 25 players in the NBA, clustering on the Cavs. Three straight trips to the Finals, and a ring.
When asked about the “super team” concept last night after the Cavs loss in the NBA finals to Kevin Durant and the Warriors, LeBron vehemently denied that he had ever played on a “super team” and that this year’s Cavs squad, despite being insanely stacked, wasn’t one.

Can’t wait to see which superstar the Cavs add next to their non-super team next year.
