Last night’s epic game 5 of the World Series had about everything you could ask for out of baseball game. Star studded pitchers, controversial calls, a plethora of home runs, and one fan who stole the show for doing something 99% of us would never do.
In the ninth inning, Dodgers star Yasiel Puig hit a 2-run homer to bring the Dodgers within one run of tying the Astros in the ninth inning. One female Houston fan was excited after catching Puig’s home run ball but was immediately shocked when the man sitting a few feet next to her snatched the ball away from her to throw it back on the field.

After the game, MLB.com caught up with both people in the video and it turns out that it was a family affair.
Via Yahoo Sports.
But that’s only half the story. Here’s the rest: Her name is Sarah Head and she’s mad only because she didn’t get to throw it back herself.
“I would have liked the opportunity to throw it back myself,” Head told Yahoo Sports.
Turns out the guy who took the ball from her was her brother-in-law, Kirk Head. Sarah said she knew he was going to take it and throw it back.
So why did Kirk do it?
I stole it and threw it back on the field where it needs to be!
Kirk, you are a dumbass.
